I reserve the right to decline your, the client's, commission request.

After reaching out to the client, accepting their request, and confirming the total amount due, their commission will be added to the public Trello board. Details may be omitted for secrecy, if the client specifies.

Once the initial sketch is sent, I will hold off work on the illustration until it is approved and 50% of the invoice is paid. I urge the client, if any revisions or corrections are necessary, to communicate as such during this stage.

Once I have finished working on the illustration, I will send a lower resolution screenshot for final approval/any last-minute changes. Upon approval and payment in full, the commissioner will receive the completed, full-size illustration without watermarks.

Payment is conducted through Paypal invoices.

Revisions, as defined here, are minor changes to the original request (e.g. different hand poses/limb placement). The client receives up to three free revisions; additional revisions will incur fees. Asking me to correct my own errors (i.e. misinterpreting the request) is your right as the client.

Major changes to the original request (e.g. overhauled character design mid-commission) will be considered a new commission and charged as such.

In the event I find I am unable to complete the commission, the client has the right to a full refund.

In the event I, for whatever reason, unexpectedly cease correspondence mid-commission for an extended period of time (minimum two weeks), leading to significant delays in the commission, the client has the right to a full refund.

I do not, under any circumstances, give consent for my work to be minted as an NFT or to be included in any generative AI database.

Unless negotiated otherwise during the commission process, the client is paying for a non-commercial license to my work. Additional fees may be incurred depending on intended commercial use.

For clarity, non-commercial usage includes posts on social media, use as a profile picture/icon/banner, and printing for one's personal use (e.g. stickers for your planner, shirt design, etc.)

Commercial usage includes printing for merchandise and major inclusion of artwork in monetized streams or videos (e.g. as a PNGtuber, as a video thumbnail, etc.)

Unless I am paid a non-disclosure fee, commissioned artwork posted or displayed publicly by the client must be accompanied with proper credit.

I retain the copyright to my work. However, I will only post the finished illustration to my social media with the explicit permission of the client, as I do not have the right to their character(s).
